We at FASHIK SWANRO know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

  • Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 5-7 days.

How does the delivery process work?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possiblity. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • International Shipping – International clients do not pay import duties levied by their government to Fashik Swanro. Clients will have to pay the customs duty to the courier provider in order to receive the product.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Cash on Delivery (do we?)
  • Sorry! We do not offer the Cash On Delivery Option !
When do we deliver?
  • Outfits : All domestic and International orders will take about 2 – 4 Weeks for dispatch from the date of order.
  • Accessories : The process and dispatch time for accessory orders is 3 Weeks from the date of order.

Important Information
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only to give you a fair idea of when we may come knocking at your door! And these do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 Days, however estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, only responsible for making you look gorgeous and feeling fabulous! Please do note that we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched and that all orders require a signature upon receipt. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Fashik Swanro and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
What should be done if my package has been opened or seems tampered?
It is a red flag! If the package has been opened or tampered with, do not accept the shipment. Please inform our Customer care team via phone on +91-9888405004 or via email at info@fashikswanro.com and we will guide you to place a new order.
Taxes & Duties (‘tis but a must!)
For Indian Customers : Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers: Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
